We have setup event tracking, where in if the user is clicking on an add, we call it and event and then we record it as a transaction or a conversion in analytics. Based on that analytics data we go ahead and optimize bids. Again we dont look at the avg position. We have seen good EPC’s even in the 4-5 position on adwords.
